great AC company. I would definitely recommend Garland for your AC needs. I ended up with my AC acting up after 8p and Seth was more than happy to come out and service my unit. Both he and the young man were great. Also, reasonably priced! They get 5 stars from me!!!

I have used Seth several times now for different things. He takes time to explain issues to me and has offered options to fix/repair what's needed. Plus he offered military discount to help with costs. Great guy to have help keep my home comfortable. Apparently this review never posted from a few years ago. So I posted now but Seth came through AGAIN tonight for me.

Seth and his team did a great job on the installation of my new AC unit system. Very professional and done in a timely fashion and definitely a great value. I would highly recommend them for any of your AC needs.

Garland Air went above and beyond when it came to helping my elderly parents. Yes, helping. He did not try to upsell or confuse them into buying something they don't need like others have in the past, and their prices are very reasonable. They stayed in regular contact with me (their daughter), and sent pictures the entire time since I could not be there. They also stayed late to get the job done and my parents cooled down! He promised my mom that he would check in with her and stay in contact. That meant so much to my mom and I. The guys were really sweet with my mom and made her feel safe when I couldn't be there like I usually am for these types of things. I will only ever use Garland Air from here on out; an honest (and nice) guy running an honest business. My only regret is not finding them sooner!

Super trustworthy and honest. Always recommends only what needs to be fixed. Doesn't try to haggle or up sell you. Been doing AC work for over 25 years and I have recommended to so many people because there is no one better or at a better or more honest or affordable price point. Don't get ripped off. Seth Garland and his crew exceeded all of our expectations and I can't say enough good things about them. The first truck arrived exactly when Seth told us it would, and work began right away to remove our old AC units. Within 30 minutes, three more trucks and all of the equipment needed to replace our two residential units were onsite. The five man crew worked like clockwork. The old rusty units went out and the shiny, new units were pumping blissfully cool air into our house in about 7 hours from start to finish. We've used several AC contractors in the last 35 years, but Garland Air is the only one we plan to call back when the time comes. We highly recommend them.

Garland Air is quick getting to the customer. That is critical in Florida's high humidity and heat indexes. They solve the problem and are extremely reasonable. We are happy to refer them. I work for a generator company and run into many issues that they have solved within the hour in most cases.

My A/C went out, I called Seth, he had been recommended by a friend. He came as soon as he was able to, found the problem, and fix it without hesitation. Seth was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable for the job. I will use Seth again if needed and I recommend him to my friends as well.
